Returns a list of catalogs associated to the storeId.

Depending on the Scope associated with your App, the list of returned Catalogs will change to the following form:
(1) Scope Channel
Only Catalogs in which there are Products associated with the Channel will be returned
(2) Scope Pos
All Catalogs will be returned, regardless of the Channels associated with the Products
